Generally speaking you must either have a high school diploma or high school equivalency such as GED before you enlist. In rare cases the Navy will accept people who do not meet this criteria if the ASVAB score is exceptionally high.

You must have a high school level education to enlist, but you can earn your GED at any time, so go for it!

All. Army is easiest, then marines/Navy. Coast Guard and Air Force are equally more selective. With a GED, The USMC, Navy and Army will all accept her. The Air Force sometimes does, they do a case by case scenario and it's a toss up if she will get in or not.
