As a Sailor, if I ever lost my mind and wanted to join the Marine Corps, I would need to attend their boot camp. On the other hand, I could join the Army or AF with only an Indoc type class.

If you are inquiring about going to either a Basic Training the real military training then all you have to do is enlist in the Military. But if you are to young then you could sign up to the program for kids( United States Naval Sea Cadets, United States Army Cadets, United States Naval League Cadets, Junior Marines... ect.) They will in turn take you through a sample Basic Training that is just like the real thing. Or you could just ask the branch you want to join if there is anyway you may join a division in training and sit in with them during their basic.
