Sort of... At American girl there is something called a just like you doll. There are different combos of skin color, face mold, hair color/length/style, eyes, and whether or not your dolls have freckles. You should find the jly/mag ( my amerian girl) that looks like you on the ag website or just the one you want it doesn't have to look like you, and then when you go to the American girl place pick out that doll to buy.

∙ 13y agoYES!!!!!!! In fact it is encourged if you go to the bistro you get a chair menu and tea set for your doll. The party rooms have doll holders and even in the bathroom they have doll holders...
