Yes if you train incorrectly for your gender or shape. Also if you exercise excessively you may indce your body to start producing more of some hormones that may masculinize your shape and looks. But those are excesses and extremes, normal exercise well supervised can only be beneficial for your shape.

If you want to get "exercise", work hard in P.E. If you're on the track team, you're going to feel a lot of pain but it will allow you to be in some of the best shape of your life. I consider the track team a way to train to get faster, not to exercise.

If you train every day and are physically fit or in tremendous physical shape, then yes, you should dunk fairly easily. If you do not participate in exercise often and walking is your main exercise, then no, you probably won't be able to dunk easily at all.
