If you mean you want to appear pregnant, I recommend going to a independent store that sells only pregnancy clothes, talk to the store owner about where she bought her manikins belly's from, then buy some belly's from the place. buy them in belly's that last month by month, so it is realistic that you really seem pregnant, also buy some cheap baby things (second hand... $5 old car seat that is unusable for a baby but will pass for making people think your pregnant, cheap baby clothes, etc;)
