Yes, rabbits can eat carrots as a treat.

Rabbits can eat fresh carrots although a main source of their diet should be hay with fresh vegetables and pellets as supplements.

Most of the fresh vegetables that rabbits eat should be dark leafy greens. Carrot greens are very healthy for rabbits, and they can be included in the rotation of daily "salad" greens, but carrot itself is high in sugar and starches. Too many treats can seriously affect a rabbit's health. A bite or two of carrot every couple of days is enough. The House Rabbit Society recommends no more than 2 tablespoons of treats per day for a normal, healthy 6 pound rabbit.

Yes, rabbits love carrots but they love carrot tops even more. Everything in moderation. You should only give your bunny a small treat every day.
