If you look at the size of a Bettas tiny mouth, and then engage your brain, you will see that frozen snails are not, and could not possibly be, a proper food for Bettas. Bettas are 'insectivors'. There are special foods available for Bettas and a weekly treat of something 'Live" like brine shrimp is good too.
It is not advised to feed celery to snails as it's been known to kill them.
Apple Snails will eat other snails if you don't feed them. If you feed them, then they are alright.
