Feeding a cat bread is not ideal, either as part of a meal or as a treat. Bread is full of grain and other carbohydrates which will just sit in the cat's stomach. Cats are strict carnivores so they get all their needs from meat, therefore have no need for carbohydrates. Cats cannot digest grain and provide no nutrition whatsoever. Feeding a cat bread will just make it feel full but will not provide it with any nutrients. It is best to just stick with the cat food.
