The best way to NOT be tired is to get enough sleep - kids and teens need 10-12 hours every night to feel rested and be alert in class. Adults need 6-8 hours. If you do not eat properly - if you eat lots of junk food and "energy" drinks and sodas, then you need to take a multivitamin every day. That will also give you some energy because your body needs good nutrition. Also, be sure to exercise some every day, because being flabby and out of shape makes you tired.
