Do you sleep because you are tired or do you sleep because it is time or dark outside What if days were 48 hours long and only 12 hours of darkness would we all stay up for 36 hours a day?

The human body runs on a 23 hour circadian rhythm. That's why sometimes we feel tired and sometimes we feel awake even though we wake at the same time. We have this rhythm as it has evolved with the environmental situation that we are exposed to. If our planet had 48 hour days then we would have a different rhythm. We are a piece of the earth, another animal and we fit perfectly into it's structure.

Is there a supplement for being tired a lot that help?

The best way to NOT be tired is to get enough sleep - kids and teens need 10-12 hours every night to feel rested and be alert in class. Adults need 6-8 hours. If you do not eat properly - if you eat lots of junk food and "energy" drinks and sodas, then you need to take a multivitamin every day. That will also give you some energy because your body needs good nutrition. Also, be sure to exercise some every day, because being flabby and out of shape makes you tired.

If your family travels 750 miles how many hours of driving time will it take driving 60 miles per hour?

Your family will be on the road for 12 hours and 30minutes, without any stop breaks. But the advice is to stop at least every 4 hours and have a 15-30 minute break and if tired always stop to sleep. Never drive when tired!
