Generally no, it usually isn't even detectable in an ultrasound (transvaginal) until around 4 weeks. The baby is still just a speck at two weeks, it doesn't have a heartbeat yet(until about the 5th week), and can't really move. Sorry if that's disappointing.
Fetal movement usually happens around 20th week.
It is different for every woman, because pregnancy is different for every woman. Normally, fetal movement is felt earlier in a second or more pregnancy than in a first. Fetal movement is also likely to be felt earlier in thinner people than fatter people and in people have multiples. In a first pregnancy, fetal movement is normally first felt at around 17-20 weeks of pregnancy. In a second time or more pregnancy it is normally felt at around 15-20 weeks. It is not necessarily because it can be felt earlier, but more because the woman knows exactly what she's looking for because of her previous experiences.
Spotting in the second trimester needs to be evaluated by your doctor or clinic. The fact that you feel fetal movement is good. Call your doctor!.
at 20 th week for primigravida and 18 weeks for multipara.
I believe so. I am ten weeks pregnant and just started feeling my baby move!
No, there is no reason to worry yet. You don't normally start to feel movements until 16-22 weeks.
I don't kow for sure but I am about twelve weeks and I can see and feel the baby move. This is my fisr pregnancy. It is all new to me!
I am 20 years old and pregnant with twins. This is my first pregnancy and I started to feel some fetal movement at 17w. It wasn't strong or very frequent, but it was definitely there. It felt like butterflies in my lower abdomen. I'm not 22w pregnant, and they kick me all over!
No. At five weeks your baby has just developed a heart beat. 4 months is about the earliest you will probably feel in fetal movement. Here is what your baby looks like at five weeks: * http://3dpregnancy.parentsconnect.com/calendar/5-weeks-pregnant.html
i had an ultrasound when i was 6 weeks pregnant, but by ultrasound, the pregnancy measured to be 5 weeks, so no fetal pole was seen yet. i think the earliest fetal poles can be seen is about 6 1/2 - 7 weeks. hope this helps :)
Yes it is, however, contact your doctor if you are feeling less then 10 movements per day.
At 5 weeks 5 days I had no fetal pole detected, just an empty sac. I had the same at 7.0 weeks. However, at 7.5 days a fetal pole and heartbeat could be seen. From talking to friends during the "waiting" time, it appears that most women do not see a fetal pole until about 6 weeks minimum.
