No we......we need a lawyer to file a will
If a landlord lawyer opens your credit file without you saying so all you can do is go to another lawyer and see what they can do. There is not a lot that you can do to a lawyer.
yes
Yes. You can file without a lawyer. There isn't a child support issue and if there is to be no division of property necessary then go ahead and file. If you own property together then you should consult with an attorney.
No Florida does not require you to use a lawyer to probate an estate, but probate can be complicated
Yes. But if you have property and children you should hire a good attorney.
You can sue without a lawyer. You have the right to represent yourself if you want to. Depending on the severity of the dog bite and your potential for winning - a lawyer may be willing to work with you for free until the settlement. Once you file a lawsuit, the homeowner would likely file a claim at that point.
You'd need to file a lawsuit.
I suggest finding a paralegal at the very least. I know here in the states there are people who will help with the paper work and you file it. If you have property or children in this marriage I strongly suggest you get a lawyer.
If you file a chapter 7, and there are no problems, you will never go to a court. But you WILL be required to meet with the BK trustee, even if you have a lawyer, for a 341 creditors hearing (these usually last 5 minutes or less)
In some US states it is possible but it is never advisable. Malpractice suits are complicated affairs and attorneys who specialize in such litigation accept contingency cases based on their merit.
Sure
Technically, no. Only Judges file orders. Most likely you are referring to Motions which seek an order from the court. Presumably the lawyer has you permission to represent you, and therefore is authorized to file papers on your behalf. Good practice would require to have client approval on anything filed with the court.
