I'm guessing you found nothing in the parish record or town planning department. There will be a photographic record but it might take some finding. This was a mission church attached in 1877 to Holy Trinity, Heath Town but was demolished most probably in the mid 1960s. Later additions to the church like the church hall were noteworthy so it would be worth checking out the local newspaper archive, then the photographic archive of Holy Trinity church itself and after that St Peter's Collegiate Church in Wolvehampton. Finally the diocesan archive at the Cathdral Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Chad, Litchfield will have a vast archive covering pretty much all that the diocese has ever done. It is worth noting that a lot of mission churches were built to a common architectural design so the only diocesan archive might be of a church 'of the type'.

I am not 100% sure but references are made to a hamlet called Muchall in the 1200's. Muchall Village is situated just outside Wolverhampton in the West Midlands. The family name of Muchall can be trace back to this village in 1530 , records are very sketchy further back than that. Anita Muchall
