You can't get Mew in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum. You don't find Mew in Turnback Cave. You find a legendary Giratina. To get Giratina, you have to find 3 pillars. Find all 3 within 30 (I think) rooms, and the next room you enter, you'll find Giratina. He's on Level 70. Good luck.
