YES!! I have met him, he mainly goes on rare servers.. If you go to the top of the lighthouse and look through the telescope you can see when he is coming, you will know when he is here as you will see his boat on all servers, which you can go in. Once he is here check rare servers check his boat and ask where people have seen him, their is usually a huge crowd around him so it's hard to meet him. once you have met him you will get a signed background from rockhopper! There are sometimes fakes soake sure you look at the name making sure it isn't fake.
