NO.
Yes. The Super Sports started getting 15" wheels from the factory in 1971.
Not without modification
Will 15 inch wheels fit on a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado? NO THEY WILL NOT. They will hit the brake cailbers, won't fit.
Probably, but they will look REALLY stupid on a '68 Chevelle. Keep in mind that the wheel openings were designed for 14" wheels, as well as the suspension, etc. Anything bigger than 18" looks terrible on a Chevelle.
The 2008 Chevrolet cobalt came standard with 14 inch wheels. 16 inch wheels were available as an option to buyers.
22 inch wheels will not fit on your 1995 Chevrolet Impala. The wheel wells will need to be modified in order to make the 22 inch wheels fit.

The first generation Chevolet Chevelle SS was produced from 1963-1964. It had a 283-cubic-inch four barrel v8 engine with 220 horsepower. It was priced at US$1,501.
If they are both 6 lug they should fit, the toyota wheels are usually not as wide as the chevy wheels
