∙ 11y agoit is possible but you will have to do it with a USB. To do that is download a software called wintoflash. Then fallow the steps and you can make a bootable windows xp flash drive to format your computer with.

If you're trying to format the internal drive that contains your core system files then you can use a Windows XP installation disk to format it. If not then you can use the Ultimate Boot CD.
