Not really. Once you finish a daedric quest, the daedric prince will ask you weild the gifted item in their name. You can accept or refuse this, it has no effect on the game though.
The daedra are not really a faction as such in Skyrim, they have minimal influence on the overall plot unlike the machinations of Mehrunes Dagon which drove the main plot of Oblivion.
