The easiest way to do it would be to have Pokemon ruby in the GBA cartridge, and clone 100 rare candys on there, then migrate them over. another way is slightly more complicated & takes longer you need a ditto, & a Pokemon that knows thief. enter a double battle with the ditto, and ANOTHER Pokemon that is holding the rare candy. ditto will then duplicate this Pokemon, and the rare candy it is holding,. then switch the original Pokemon for the one with Thief. make it use thief on the ditto, and the rare candy will be taken away from it. the second choice is best if you only want a small number of the same item, but for large quantities, it is best to use the first. hope this helps :)
