You can get Naproxen in several differnet dosages. 200, 500 and 800 for exmple. Also, Naproxen sodium is kind of the same thing but the milligrams are equavalent - I've heard - to 220, 520 and 820. Naproxen is the active ingredient , i beleive, in Aleve which you can get over the counter.
