yes you can catch a ditto in Pokemon pearl/dimond, but it is extremely rare to find one. first you go to canalave city then go to the patch of of grass near the water. then you use your poke radar and go to that spot that glows. BUT YOU HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF CATCHING ONE IF ITS AT NIGHT. but it might take awhile to find one though. once you find one don't use a good Pokemon because dittos only know one move TRANSFORM and he will turn into your Pokemon. you have to do a little damage to him and if you have a ULTRA BALL use it you will have a better chance of catching one HOPE I HELPED
