How do you catch Mewtwo in fired?
Mewtwo is in Cerulean cave. To get there go to Cerulean city. Then go accros the bridge north of the city. Surf inthe water and go south again then you will see land go on to it and enter the hole in the wall. There will be a person blocking it if you haven't beat the elite four and established a trading link with Hoenn. Then make your way through the cave (i can't remember how I have only done it a few times. You will see Mewtwo press A when facing towards him. Then use the Master Ball. If you don't have it then it will be hard but if you have 6 good Pokemon (level 50 and above is best, below that and Mewtwo will kill them to fast. What you should do is get it into the red section of the health bar (the lower the better) then put it to sleep or paralyze it (not confusion, it will kill itself). Then start throwing ultra balls. You should have about 30-40 of them. Also make sure you have lots (again 30-40) hyper potions/max potions/full restores or anything that like that. If you can heal your Pokemon fully with moo moo milk or lemonades then they are too weak. If you are lucky then you can get Mewtwo quickly but it can also take A VERY LONG TIME! But just keep trying and you can do it. I've done it three times (once with Master ball). also i dont recommend using a master ball, i recommend saving the master ball for the legendary dog u can catch, cuz mewtwo doesnt run, and u always know where he is.

In Gold and Silver a good dark Pokemon could match him. In the current versions Mewtwo is good, but there are many better choices.
