Not sure what you mean by "class you" but any felony precludes a person from owning a firearm and no state will issue a firearms permit to somone who is a felon, unless you have had your rights restored.
Depends on what the misdemeanor was, and how long ago. If it was domestic violence, you may not possess ANY firearm- Federal law.
In the U.S. it depends on the state. Each states sets it's own rules for issuing permits.
it dependes it the felony had something to do with a violate crime. or the class of the feloney.
It is possible to be approved for an NFA Class III tax stamp which will permit you to buy a transferable full auto firearm in Florida.
None- there is no such thing as a Class III license. There are 39 states that permit private ownership of fully automatic firearms, but there is no special license to possess a Class III firearm. In the states where it is legal, transfer of ownership will require approval of the BATFE
It would be classed as a destructive device, not a firearm.
the semi auto version of the p90, the fn ps90 with a 16 inch barrel is legal in texas. you can get a class 3 permit for a full auto p90 with the shorter barrel
No, you need the class in order to get a permit.
If you mean a permit to carry a gun, you apply for it through the DMV. Depending on where you are, you may have to go to another location. For instance, if you live in north MS (Southaven, Olive Branch, etc) you have to go to Batesville, and IIRC, they only take applications on Monday. Mississippi does not require a training class to get a permit, however, if you take a training class from an approved instructor, you qualify for an enhanced or endorsed permit, which entitles you to carry your gun legally in more places. In other words, there are less off limits locations if you have an endorsed permit.
You need a Class A learner's permit.
No such license. If you want to POSSESS a Class III firearm, you must be 21, and the transfer of the firearm approved by the US BATFE- but it does not require a license .
yes you have to take a drivers ed class to get a permit and then succeed in the class and then you get the permit you don't have to if you don't take drivers ed when you're 18yrs old you can get you're license
