Absolutely not. If this were true the human race could not have reproduced! Not to mention that most Europeans are not circumsized and they certainly have families. In asking a question like this, you need to seriously question your sexual knowledge and not have sex until you at least understand the mechanics as well as the consequences.

∙ 8y agoNo, because removal of the foreskin has no effect on sperm production. When fully erect the foreskin of most uncircumcised penises at least partially retract back over the glans so there is little difference in appearance.
