You can order them through Mercedes dealerships.
One can purchase a brand new master key at websites such as Amazon, eBay, and Master Lock. The term is very vague and could be the book, "Master Key", or could be an actual key.

To program a new key for a 2003 Honda Pilot, you'll need to have the new key and a working master key. Insert the master key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position without starting the engine. Turn the key to "Off" and remove it, then insert the new key and turn it to "On" for about 10 seconds. After that, turn it back to "Off" and your new key should be programmed.
That is the dealers responsibility. It should be included with the purchase of the new key.
get a new one :I lol
See the people you bought the car from and ask for a new key. PLEASE RECCOMEND ME.
As near as I can tell, the difference between the master key and valet key is that the master is slightly thicker -- they are both cut with exactly the same pattern. So as long as you get a master blank, and they are readily available (I have not been able to find a valet blank, the narrower one), have it cut to with the valet and you will have a new master.
New, about $380 New, about $380
You need to find a MB dealer, grab your driver's license, proof of ownership of your car, and the VIN. They will order a new key for you. Depending on where you live, it can take a week or two to get a new key. I believe they'll issue you a master key...but to be sure, ask the counter man. You should know that these keys can be expensive. I believe the '85's used a laser cut key...they cost.
if i remember right the red key is the master one which you can use only to start and program new key(the black one wont do it)....it can be a problem if you dont have the master key...in some cases you will ha to change the computer at the dealer.
