No, for the simple reason that any type of degree which requires patient interaction will need some clinical reason. For this reason a person cannot attain a nursing degree by simply passing online courses. At some point during their curriculum there will be a time where the student most complete a certain amount of hours in a hospital to be eligible for graduation
