Unless it's your parent or legal guardian (this requires documented proof of guardianship as assigned by the courts) there is little chance the studio will accept a non parental signature for piercing services. Keep in mind they can loose there license if they provide a service to a minor without parental consent, and you can be charged with fraud if you try to get a service that is restricted by age limit. Do it right or don't do it at all.
