You might be lucky to get tan. I just checked 2012 weather in general it gets high to 25 Celsius so if you get a chance to see sun then yes you might swim and get tan. However some days were rainy and chilly so you might not see sun at all if you are coming for a week holiday.
Note: You might have the swimming pool built-in at hotel, so you can enjoy that!
