There should be no reason why you are not able to, lots of people have multiple supplies at different locations. As long as you are up to date and have had no previous payment problems, then a utility company would not turn down more business from a good customer. However, if you contemplate placing another individuals account under your name because they have bad credit you should seriously reconsider your plan. It is more than likely you will get stuck with their bills and ruin your own credit record.
