If you connect to their wireless network, if it's unprotected, and if their computers have network discovery or sharing turned on, you'd have access to whatever devices are on the network. Some folks leave the default Login/Password to their router on as well. More than once, I've been able to "steal" their router away simply by logging into their router and changing passwords and "hiding" their wireless signal. A nifty trick, however, not something you should probably do.
