Cocaine makes your nose bleed, so if one person gets their blood on the straw, and then passes it to the next person, who also has a nosebleed, AIDS can be spread. This is fairly unlikely -- I mean, would you put something that had someone else's blood on it up your nose? But if you're really worried, then bring your own straw, and don't share it with anyone.
