∙ 8y agoNo, not during normal gameplay, however after defeating the Elite Four and the Champion, Shawna will arrive at your house asking to trade. If you chose Fennekin, she will give you Chespin for any Pokemon, if you chose Chespin, it'll be Froakie, and if you chose Froakie, it'll be Fennekin. You must trade with another person to get the last Starter.

∙ 9y agoYou can obtain one of the starter pokemon for Kalos at the beginning of the game and choose a Kanto starter pokemon from Professor Sycamore later on in Lumiose City and when the game is completed you can obtain the starter pokemon from Kalos that was not chosen by the rival character and is given by Shauna. The last starter pokemon from Kalos must be traded from a different game and the other starter pokemon from Kanto must also be traded.
