Can you get arrested for sagging your pants?

Well surely this depends on your local laws. If a townordinance is passed banning the wearing of pants below a certain level then yes it is possible (yet not probable) to be arrested. Although its more likely that you will be issued a ticket, and the only way I can see someone getting arrested in this situation is if you give the officer a hard time about it, and you do something stupid, such as trying to walk away because you felt you did nothing wrong, then you will be arrested for resisting, and not your baggy pants. So the underlining cause of you getting arrested will not be your saggy pants, but the saggy pants would have started the situation. EXAMPLE: Baggy pants are banned in your town. You walk around with baggy pants. An officer sees you and approaches you, informs you that you are breaking a town ordinance and begins to issue you a ticket. You act nervous, and after some questioning the officer sees reason to frisk you. He finds an illegal amount of drugs on you OR runs you ID and you come back with a warrant OR you refuse and walk away OR you do something stupid. = You get arrested. in conclusion, your not being arrested for your baggy pants, but the baggy pants put you in a situation that might get you arrested.

I myself wear baggy pants, as far as i know its perfectly legal IN MY TOWN (although i know first hand of towns that have out-lawed it) i feel it stupid, and as long as your wearing under where underneath your pants it shouldn't be a problem, i see this law as older people not excepting a younger culture.
