Can you get blocked from WikiAnswers for speaking against the rules?

Anything you do that goes against the Answers.com policy you can get banned for. However, you will receive a warning or two beforehand.
As far as speaking out against the rules, you may suggest changes to them in the community forums. They are in place for good reasons, however, and few have ever been relaxed or removed.

There's not much you can do if you were blocked from WikiAnswers. You can still view WikiAnswers, but you will not be able to make any changes. Thus, for those of you who are blocked, you should have heeded the warnings and rules of WikiAnswers.If you feel your block was unjust, please email WikiAnswersHelp @ WikiAnswers.com or Unblock @Answers.com (remove spaces)

Wikipedia is a different company; I do not know their site rules. WikiAnswers is now displayed under one name: Answers.com The site rules are in the Help Center. If you break the rules, your account can be blocked.
