Yes, only if you can go to the Battle Frontier. Once you are at the Frontier, go to the Battle Tower. Then go into the Battle Tower, and go the the PC. Deposit Groudon into any box, then turn off the PC and save the game. Once saved, withdraw Groudon, and some other none rare Pokemon, and talk to the Link Multi Battle person. she will ask if you would like to take the challenge. say yes (Challenge). Then she will ask what room level, say Open level. then select two Pokemon too do the challenge. then she will ask if you would like to save the game. say YES. Then it will ask if you would like to save the game. say NO, then turn off the power. Turn on the power, then go to the PC. go to the box you deposited Groudon into, and it will be there. then look at the Pokemon you have with you. Groudon will be with you also, so you will have 2 Groudons. this cheat works with any Pokemon so knock yourself out. However this cheat only works on Pokemon Emerald, trust me I've tried it on all other games and it doesn't work.
The really cool part about this cheat is that you can give your Pokemon (example) a Master Ball and when you duplicate it you have a copy of the Master Ball to!!!!
