You can learn all Catholic beliefs on line, there is a free Catechism on line on the Vatican website.
However, Catholicism is a community religion that depends upon a person becoming one with the Body of Christ - his Church. It is not enough to accept Catholic beliefs within yourself, you must declare it through the Sacraments and this means meeting your local Catholic priest and discussing your wish to convert.
