Usually that would be a reason not to emancipate you - clinical depression is a disease that should not be handled on your own. It requires family support.
no. they are lively people. they just look depressed in some of there pics :D.
not necessarily but it is good enough reason to get you sent to a long term facility which can help you get away from your problem
Being "numb" can mean being depressed. You don't have to be sad to be depressed.
you should because your emancipated, you don't need a parent anymore. that's whaat being emancipated is.
Yes. Being emancipated and being a devisee or legatee in a will are totally separate issues.
From not being understood it is possible to be depressed, aggrieved, sad, but not possible to be clinically depressed (medically ill).
Children being mistreated are usually put in foster care since just being mistreated says nothing about how well you will take care of yourself once emancipated. It also have to do with your age. The chance to get emancipated is a bit bigger when you are 17.
Hes not always depressed. Hes a normal human being so sometimes will get depressed obviously.
{| |- | No you are not emancipated just because you are pregnant. Being a parent under the age of majority does not change that. However, the minor does have rights when it comes to the child and should contact social services in their community to discuss their options. |}
You must be able to balance bills/job/school in order to get emancipated. If you are emancipated then you can move out at 17.
No, just having a baby doesn't make you emancipated in any state.
As far as i know the 2 main factors in being emancipated are having a steady job and a place to live.
