Going onto a racist website may get you detention or suspension. Carrying an offensive weapon may not get you expelled, but if you are caught it will almost certainly get you arrested.

I knew a boy who was expelled from my high school for racist behavior towards a darker skinned girl (she is actually white, but looks Hispanic or some darker ethnicity). It depends on the school, or the district, but I'd say most schools have a zero-tolerance policy towards racism, especially if it's violent.
