I think its called a Hibachi
That depends on what you order. Hibachi is the only Japanese food I like, and I try to order fish, chicken, and vegetable dishes - shrimp is NOT included in vegetable dishes. The fried rice that is prepared at the table contains eggs, so ask the chef to make it without eggs.

Hibachi is written 火鉢 in Japanese. In English they are referred to as same or 'Hibachi grills'. It means 'heater, brazier'.
Benihana usually serves Japanese-style or inspired food. While they have sushi, alcohol, and other staples, the main attraction (and that is literal!) tends to be the hibachi-served food. The hibachi service includes common meats and seafoods as well as the options like noodles or rice, and it is cooked in front of the diners in a performance.
