Well sort of. I went to Losoia in In the Neverglands, and got free pirate class. Here's how... talk to Elissa Keelhaul. And do her Map Recovery quest. Kill 5 monsters. (Not shark bait) And once you kill 5 monsters, you will have 5 map fragments. Then return it to Elissa Keenhaul. Then you get pirate class!
