Yes, as a matter of fact, you can learn from my own experiences. Last June while was vacationing tailand, I was offered sex by a tai prostitute. LOL to the other answer. It's possible but not likely. You would have to share a spoon / utensil with some that has a cold sore on their mouth. But the spoon would have to go from their mouth with in seconds to your mouth. Herpes doesn't last for long periods of time when it's out side of the body and it doesn't like to live in foods or drinks.
