Firstly, yes you can wear a tampon. Secondly if your flow is not heavy you can go without if you are comfortable. Your flow does not stop but you will not "contaminate" the hot tub, that's what all the chemicals are for is to disinfect the water... Lol

You have to brave like me. I was on mine and I was getting dunked bye cute boys. First: put on a pad or double like I did Next: put on long dark swets or pants incase is bleads threw. Try that and plus the clorine well make sure it dosent show it cleans it. Have fun be brave.
