of course you can get into A college..but it depends what your goals are..those credentials wont get you into ivys or first tier probably..most likely your looking at second tier schools..hopefully your activities are strong

It really just depends on the college. You probably aren't expecting to get into Harvard or Yale with those stats but there are a lot of other schools that you can get into. I was accepted to Montana State University and Purdue-Calumet with a 2.0 gpa and 1200 SAT combined reading & math. If you don't think you can get into the main campus of a school you want to go to then apply to a regional campus as they can be much easier to get into.

i went there to visit, and the advisor said that 62% of their students had an SAT score of 1100 or higher. i don't remember what the recommended minimum critical reading+math score was, but the recommended overall score was at least a 1500. also, to get a scholarship there the starting point is at 1100 at around $7000. it goes up to a $9500 scholarship with a score of 1300 or higher.
