No. Keldeo was only distributed as a wifi gift (wondercard). You will need someone to generate the code for it using the data for the wondercard, or generate it yourself after looking up how (it's relatively simple using the wondercard archive on Project pokemon and Pokegen to generate the code form the wondercard data file. Once the code is activated, the wondercard [and event] will then work and appear exactly as if you had downloaded it 'normally' during the actual distribution period)
