You can make them at the mind altar. But since they are extremely cheap, you might just buy them at the Grand Exchange.
Aubury's shop in Varrock will give out free air and mind runes.
The same way you crafted Air Runes, the mind altar is located west of Ice Mountain near the edge of the Wilderness, and is east of the Goblin Village. You may unlock the music Miracle Dance here. The closest bank is in Edgeville, but that path crosses the Wilderness which should not become a problem if you travel along the Wilderness ditch. The second closest bank is in Falador.
Run to air altar ans use pouches there, create runes then bank at Draynor or Falador and repeat.
It depends on which Chaos druids you are at the ones at edgeville dungeon? The edgeville bank the ones at the cave between falador and taverly you should use the falador bank or you could also bring runes to teleport.
A mind tiara is a mind talisman that you wear. If you do not know what a mind talisman is, Well than a mind tiara is used for making mind runes, it helps you find the mind runecrafting place and you need a mind tiara/talisman to craft mind runes!
Buy it in Falador in the Alchohol Shop.
In the Grand Exchange, you can buy Mind Runes for 8gp right now. It may be a little more expensive to buy them in a shop.
You take it to an altar, to convert it to runes. If you didn't make runes yet, you have to start with the air altar, south of Falador. You need to take an air talisman or air tiara to enter the air altar. The air talisman will also show you the direction to the air altar; the air tiara has the advantage of saving one inventory space (you can wear it on your head). You take it to an altar, to convert it to runes. Answer: cures training on rats and Fist of guthix(free runes/f2p)?Answer: Fist of Guthix is free, but buying runes and doing magix ?is much quicker, if you can afford it. I personally prefer combat, and that is the only option at level 1, but at higher levels, there are other options, too, such as teleport, low alchemy, etc. (any spell you do will give you magic experience, except for the home teleport spell, which doesn't cost you runes). Be sure to get a staff to save runes; for example, at level 1, you need air runes and mind runes. A staff of air will save you the air runes, so you only need the mind runes.
You click on the spellbook icon, then click on a spell to cast it. Some spells may require to to cast on some object; for example in the case of a combat spell, you must select what you want to attack. For combat spells, it is better to choose the "autocast" option (right-click on the spell), to quickly cast the spell repeatedly. Most spells require items called runes, which you must buy, find or make. Moving the mouse over a spell will show you which runes you need. The runes are used each time the spell is cast, so you need a relatively large number of runes. You can save some runes by wielding a special staff; for example, one of the most basic combat runes requires air runes and mind runes. By wielding a staff of air, you save the air runes - but you will still need to buy the mind runes.
