Unfortunately, no. Because of the new fu cking Shift ability, it was removed. Correct me if I am wrong, but the only game that isn't rated 18+ where you can get out of your car and do whatever you want is gone, and that was the Driver series until this new game. Blame Shift.
But look at the good side, it features Tanner and the guys from Driv3r and it is pretty much a sequel to that game. It was so awesome, but I guess now that the only games where you can do whatever you want by getting out of your car are Grand Theft Auto, being the most notable one, and Saints Row.
