Yes, you can get a pegasus. But it is not one of the features in the sims. You have to download a winged horse from The Sims 3 exchange, it's easy to set up an account. enter you reg. code from your game onto the site and download loads of furniture, clothes, hair and pets.
Once you have downloaded a pegasus, you can edit the horse in create a sim by going onto "pre-made sims". The horse you downloaded should be there, click on it. You can thn edit the wings and it may come in the form of a saddle. These horses can not fly, but they look really beautiful if you put wings on a unicorn! I made a Jet black Unicorn croos pegasus and sent it u to the waterfall at night. I made six of these in different colours. It really sucks that they can't fly but they look gorgeous all the same!
