I found it best to work while on my back but this requires you to be agile and not too big or you will find it very difficult. There are four 7/32 screws (3 on fan blower and one on the resistor). You must take the blower out to access/replace the resistor. Overall it took me about 15 minutes tops to replace and the part ran about $30. I also found a website with some pictures that helped to prepare me before I started so that I was familiar with what I was looking at.
