No. You can only get pink eye but touching your eye with dirty hands.
Only if the balls are encrusted in pink eye crust, or if you have pink eye already.
Conjunctivitis (pink-eye) is insanely contagious. If you have contracted a pink-eye infection, you should avoid contact with other people, avoid touching the infected area, and wash your hands and your eye(s) frequently.
This is also called conjunctivitis. It is highly contagious and transmitted by touching your face or eye when you have the germ. It can be caused by not washing your hands.
Touching your butt will not make it grow bigger. There are exercises that work your gluteus maximus which can increase the size of your butt.
This would depend on the cause. If both the dog and human are allergic to a particular pollen or mold and were both exposed, they could both develop "pink eye" even though one did not give it to the other. If the dog has bacterial pink eye, it is possible for the bacteria to be transferred to a human and cause pink eye in that person as well. However, if the cause is viral, traumatic, foreign body or cancer, humans would not be at risk for zoonotic infection from the dog.
Yes, pink eye is HIGHLY contagious. Make sure you wash your hands often and if you touch your eye be sure to wash your hands immediately and spray Lysol on whatever you touch after touching your eye. Be sure not to spread the germs from the infected eye to the normal eye if you only have it in one. Its only contagious for the first 24-48 hours after that your fine.

Probably not unless his last partner had conjunctivitis. You CAN catch lots of other things, though. Your eye IS a mucous membrane, you know. Get tested (& tell him to watch where he aims that thing) skeet skeet.
