To know when your most fertile your vaginal discharge will change to clear and egg like that's thick. Watch for ovulation symptoms and use Birth Control on the fertile days. Just so u know your usually fertile for three days before you release and egg which is the peak of ovulation. All together you can get pregnant four days all together during a month. Also sperm usually live up to 72 hour, so if u have sex during this time again use protection.

∙ 11y agoThe ovum only last about 2 days before starting to disintegrate so if yo have sex 2 days after the start of ovulation it is unlikely that you will get pregnant however you place a lot of faith in exact timing if you cut it that close. try waiting a little longer and use a condom.
