But we see the word "on" used - if the word Vagina is being used for the external part of the female genitals, the area that are normally hairy, then spilling semen there will not cause pregnancy. Beware however that semen is a liquid and could easily run or be smeared into the vagina, and pregnancy can result.
Semen is a potent carrier of sexually transmitted diseases, some of which are fatal. So to avoid these, and to avoid pregnancy, it is wise to always make use of a condom.
